Job Summary
Answer incoming calls and emails promptly to address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests while maintaining strong relationships. Conduct collections calls to follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve payment discrepancies. Apply cash receipts to customer accounts accurately and update contact information, credit limits, and payment terms. Perform general office duties including scanning, faxing, and administrative tasks. Collaborate with sales teams to resolve issues effectively. Cover receptionist breaks by managing incoming calls and directing visitors. This role supports Fedway, New Jersey's leading wine and spirits distributor, serving over 7,000 restaurants and retail stores. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
- Job is 100% on-site in Basking Ridge, NJ
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and phone
- Occasionally lift 15 lbs
- Full-time, Monday-Friday, On-Site 8:45 am-5 pm

Desired Qualifications
