Job Summary

The Customer Service, Expeditor supports the Customer Service department to ensure on-time deliveries and informs buyers of potential gaps in vendor performance. Acts as the primary client contact for requests and status updates, coordinates RFQ responses, tracks and reports KPIs, manages purchase orders and related discrepancies, expedites to meet client expectations, and assists with data-entry and reporting in ERP systems. Also guides new hires and interns during training, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, problem-solving, and client relations to meet client needs and timelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college in a related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and industry work experience
  • 3 years of experience in a direct or cross functional capacity with client facing responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel pivot tables; ERP system experience
  • English language skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
