Job Summary
Provide front-line customer service for Fox Rent A Car Ready Line and Return operations. Responsibilities include welcoming returning customers, inspecting vehicles, securing keys, recording damage/mileage, reviewing rental contracts, explaining all charges, preparing checkout slips, maintaining a clean and organized ready-line area, ensuring vehicles are cleaned and prepped, facilitating vehicle exchanges/upgrades, assisting customers in locating rental cars and helping with luggage, and supporting the efficient flow of vehicles within the facility. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and strong people skills, with the ability to troubleshoot with a smile and to remain patient and understanding throughout the rental experience.
