Job Summary
As a Customer Service Agent at Fox Rent A Car, you will be a front-line member of the Ready Line and Return Agent teams, delivering warm, friendly experiences to customers. You’ll conduct vehicle inspections for returns (checking for damage, recording mileage, verifying fuel levels), secure keys, remove personal items, complete and submit notes on mechanical issues, and review final rental contracts with customers to explain charges. In the Ready Line role, you’ll maintain a clean, organized area, ensure vehicles are cleaned and prepped, inspect vehicles for quality, facilitate exchanges or upgrades, verify checkout slips, assist customers in locating vehicles, and help with luggage. The role requires a valid driver’s license, High School Diploma or equivalent, and strong people skills, with an emphasis on troubleshooting with a smile, patience, and a customer-centric rental experience.
