Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions
- Previous experience using Zendesk is preferred
- High Dutch level (oral & written) and fluent in Spanish or English

- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Are a solution-oriented and reliable professional
