Job Summary
Customer Service Agent position within DSV Solutions at USA - Independence site. Responsible for building rapport with clients and delivering exceptional service, data entry of shipping/receiving information, processing orders, and generating/handling related paperwork. Must manage customer inquiries and complaints, coordinate with warehouse and other departments to ensure service standards, verify invoicing and credits, and maintain accurate shipping/receiving documentation. Requires ability to input and verify order data, run stock reports, and adapt to a fast-paced warehouse environment. Schedule includes evening shifts (5:00pm–5:30am) Thursday–Saturday and every other Wednesday; overtime may be required. Preference for 1–3 years in warehouse/logistics support and 2–3 years in customer service. Proficiency in MS Office and data-entry accuracy, strong communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience in a Customer Service-related capacity
- Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures across seasons
- English language proficiency (reading/writing/verbal)
- Proficient with MS Office Applications
- Experience with WMS or similar systems (inventory/shipping data entry)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
