Job Summary
Customer Service Agent role with on-site, full-time work. Responsibilities include handling reception duties, performing administrative tasks, data entry, extraction, processing, and coding; setting up and cleaning rooms; submitting and following up on real estate and technology needs; ordering supplies; and scanning/distributing mail. Requires assisting members and clients with attentive, personalized solutions and maintaining operational objectives under detailed guidelines. Must be proficient in Office 365, demonstrate customer-service excellence, and communicate effectively in both French and English. Required Qualifications
- Trade school diploma in a related field
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Customer service experience
