Job Summary
Greet and assist customers during the Emerald Aisle rental process, including verifying reservations, selecting vehicles, and handling exchanges and returns. Prepare rental and return documents accurately, review charges, and ensure agreement details are correct. Answer telephone inquiries, provide directions and local information, and maintain a neat, stocked counter environment. Resolve customer issues fairly while ensuring efficient transactions and minimizing wait times. Available Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with Sunday and Saturday off.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience
- Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (i.e. DUI, DWI)
- Must currently live in the Carlsbad, NM area or have plans to relocate within the next 30 days
