Job Summary
Customer Service Agent responsible for front-line passenger support at airports, including curbside to curbside service, reservations in the computerized system, passenger check-in and baggage, issuing boarding passes and itineraries, and assisting pre-boarding. Requires independent or team-based work in a fast-paced aviation environment, strong customer service, ability to learn reservation systems, and readiness to obtain Enhanced Security Clearance and complete Ground School Training. Shift work including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Asset: knowledge of Inuktitut/Inuinnaqtun; willingness to support Inuit communities. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (asset)
- Ability to learn a computerized reservation system
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Office)
- Knowledge of airline operations (asset)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Own transportation to and from work
- Enhanced Security Clearance qualification
- Attend and complete initial Ground School Training
