Job Summary
Customer Service Agent role on 3rd shift (11:00 pm–7:00 am, Tue–Sat) in Tampa, operating on-site for Stepp’s Towing & Heavy Transport. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls (emergency and non-emergency), collecting and verifying information, entering data into dispatch software, and assisting the Dispatcher when needed. Requires data-entry and customer-service experience, excellent communication, strong problem-solving and time-management skills, and a High School diploma or equivalent. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles
- Ability to work in high-pressure, stressful, or emergencies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

- Drug test and background check passed or able to pass
