Job Summary
Conduct thorough inspections of returning vehicles for damage, mileage, and fuel levels while securing keys and removing personal belongings. Provide a warm welcome to returning customers, review final rental contracts to explain charges, and complete required paperwork for mechanical issues. Maintain a clean, organized ready line by inspecting vehicles for quality standards, facilitating exchanges or upgrades, and assisting customers with luggage and car location. Move and park vehicles within the facility to support efficient flow. Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and strong interpersonal skills.
