Job Summary
Conduct thorough inspections of returning vehicles for damage, mileage, and fuel levels, then secure keys and remove personal belongings. Complete paperwork to notify management of mechanical issues and review final rental contracts with customers. Maintain a clean, organized ready line area by inspecting vehicles for quality standards and facilitating exchanges or upgrades. Assist customers in locating rental cars, managing luggage, and moving vehicles within the facility to support efficient flow. Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Top-notch people skills
- Ability to troubleshoot with a smile
- Patience and understanding throughout the rental experience
