Job Summary
Overnight shift Customer Service Agent at Europcar/Fox Rent A Car in Atlanta, GA, responsible for assisting customers with vehicle pickup and return, guiding vehicle exchanges/upgrades, ensuring vehicles are prepped and ready for departure, conducting thorough inspections, checking for damage, mileage, fueling, securing keys, processing paperwork, confirming charges and signing documentation, and coordinating vehicle transportation within the facility and to off-site locations. Requires strong customer service, problem-solving, attention to detail, ability to move actively within a busy airport operation, and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
