Job Summary
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections for returning cars, checking for damage, recording mileage, and verifying fuel levels. Secure keys, remove personal belongings, and submit paperwork for mechanical issues. Review final rental contracts with customers, explaining all charges clearly. Maintain a clean, organized ready line by cleaning, prepping, and inspecting vehicles for quality standards. Facilitate exchanges, swaps, or upgrades based on customer requests and assist with locating rental cars and luggage. Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
