Job Summary
Create an amazing and memorable pickup experience for customers at our car Vending Machine, handling paperwork, thorough notes in the customer tracking system, and addressing questions or minor technical issues. Drive safely, maintain a clean driving record, and assist with vehicle detailing, loading/unloading, and physical tasks requiring lifting up to 50lbs. Work flexible shifts from 7am-3pm or 1pm-9pm, seven days a week, with rotating days off. Obtain a Notary license and Vehicle Verifier license within 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- at least 2 years of customer-facing experience
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- possess a valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods of time (8+ hours)
- Ability to reach with arms, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks like detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles onto our Vending Machine
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor conditions with occasional exposure to inclement/extreme weather
- Must be able to satisfy state-specific requirements related to access DMV/title and registration systems
- Must have (or be able to obtain) a Notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment
- California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days of employment
- Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity
