Job Summary
Provide exceptional phone-based customer service to our salesforce and customers; handle email enquiries; perform data processing and provide administrative support as required. Skills include strong communication, data processing, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and teamwork to manage high call volumes. Location is the brand-new head office in Dandenong South, VIC, with on-site parking and full training provided. Graduate applications are encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- A passion for delivering first class customer service
- Excellent communication, data processing and attention to detail skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The flexibility to work from 8.45am to 5.06pm with occasional later shifts
- The ability to work as part of a team and deal with high call volumes
