Job Summary

Provide exceptional resident experience for students as a Customer Service Advisor across student accommodation sites (Byrom Point, Liverpool and Nottingham). Responsibilities include handling enquiries, resolving issues, delivering customer experience, contributing to sales and building management, supporting administrative tasks, managing debt, and participating in events and community engagement. Must be friendly, relationship-focused, organized, and able to learn new systems; comfortable handling payments and maintaining accurate records. DBS check required. Role operates under an annualised hours model with a fixed-term contract (3 months) and a average of 37.5 hours per week, 8am–8pm; salary £27,202.50 per annum pro rata (GBP) equivalent, with overtime at 1.25x hourly rate.
