Job Summary
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will greet customers, identify their needs through active listening, and promote membership packages. Responsibilities include assisting with payment transactions, maintaining cleanliness of the work area, educating customers on services offered, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operations. Required skills include excellent communication, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
