Job Summary
The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) at Spotless Brands is responsible for being the first point of contact for guests and delivering a top-tier customer experience in a fast-paced car wash and lube service environment. Key responsibilities include greeting customers with enthusiasm, identifying their needs through active listening, educating them on available wash and detail packages, promoting memberships, and assisting with payment transactions. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently while being team-focused. Physical ability to perform site tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law or safety regulations)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior customer service or sale experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license preferred
