Job Summary
The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) at Spotless Brands engages directly with customers at car wash and lube center entry points to provide information on wash and detail packages, and preventative maintenance services. Responsibilities include greeting customers, identifying needs through active listening, promoting memberships, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean work area. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, customer service acumen, and a sales-minded approach. Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Valid driver’s license preferred depending on location and responsibilities
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and interact with customers outdoors
Desired Qualifications
- Prior customer service or sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
