Job Summary
The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for greeting customers, identifying their needs, and educating them on various wash and maintenance packages. Responsibilities include promoting memberships, assisting with payment transactions, and maintaining a clean work environment. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be sales-minded, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and prior customer service experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
- Must be at least 16 years of age
Desired Qualifications
- Prior customer service or sales experience preferred
- Valid driver's license preferred
