Job Summary
The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) at Spotless Brands serves as the first point of contact for guests, engaging with customers to promote services and drive sales at car wash and lube centers. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assessing their needs, educating them on service options, overcoming objections, assisting with transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and prior customer service experience is beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law or safety regulations)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior customer service or sale experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities)
Additional Requirements
- The position requires interaction with customers outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
