Job Summary

The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) at Spotless Brands is responsible for providing a first-class customer experience, engaging directly with guests at car wash and/or lube center entry points. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, identifying their needs through active listening, educating them on wash and lube services, promoting membership sales, and processing payments. Entry-level candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and a basic understanding of customer service principles.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior customer service or sale experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
