Job Summary
The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) serves as the first point of contact for guests, playing a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service at car wash and lube centers. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, identifying their needs through effective questioning, promoting memberships and detail packages, assisting with transactions, and maintaining an organized work area. Strong communication and sales skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and a valid driver’s license may be required depending on location.
