Job Summary
The Customer Service Advisor at Spotless Brands serves as the first point of contact for guests, providing a key role in delivering a top-notch customer experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, identifying their needs through questions, educating them about service packages, driving membership and package sales, assisting with transactions, and maintaining a clean work area. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication and customer service skills, with a sales-oriented mindset, and be able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer service experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law or safety regulations)
- Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities)
