Job Summary
The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) at Spotless Brands is the first point of contact for guests, focusing on delivering a superior customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include greeting customers, educating them about services, promoting memberships, assisting with transactions, and maintaining a clean work area. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt to different customer needs. Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not required, and candidates must be at least 16 years old and able to pass a background check.
