Job Summary
Provide friendly assistance to customers, complete wash-dry-fold orders using tablets and apps, and process payments via the POS system. Monitor laundry machines, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and report machine issues or customer concerns to management. Work independently while supporting store operations with additional tasks as needed. This role requires weekend availability and flexible shift times between 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm. Located at 1240 Shaver St in Pasadena, TX, Laundry-4U offers a $20 weekly stipend for in-store laundry, paid time off, and opportunities for raises and internal promotion.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 months of customer service or retail experience
- Basic technology skills (tablets, apps, simple troubleshooting)
- Ability to use Telegram for communication during shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday)
- Availability to both shift times (7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm)
- Must be 18 or older
- Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
- High school diploma or equivalent
