Job Summary
Conduct outbound telephone calls to retain and service UK Fuels clients while answering product and business questions. Maintain positive relationships with customers, drive retention by integrating feedback into practice, and offer tailored services based on requirements. Drive sales and upsell on Radius products and services. Work Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm with no evenings, weekends, or bank holidays. Fuel account knowledge is preferred, along with strong communication skills and basic Microsoft Office proficiency. Required Qualifications
