Customer Service Advisor

First-point-of-contact for customers at Precision Tune Auto Care; greet customers in-store and over the phone, schedule appointments, explain services, and sell automotive services/parts. Perform routine vehicle services (oil changes, tire rotations, battery installation, fluid top-offs, inspections), support shop productivity through work order and register transactions, ensure safety procedures are followed, maintain a clean, organized work area, and help resolve customer concerns with exceptional service. Strong customer service and communication skills required; comfortable with basic math and calculating discounts/commissions; ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required.
