Customer Service Advisor based at Milton Keynes branch, night-shift role (8pm-8am) with 4-on-4-off rotation; responsibilities include handling repair/non-repair queries, diagnosing repairs via branch system, maintaining professional communication with service users and stakeholders, and ensuring updates are recorded per SOPs.
