Job Summary
Customer Service Advisor at Spotless Brands serves as the first point of contact for guests at car wash and/or lube center entry points. Responsible for educating customers on wash/detail and lube/packages, promoting memberships (Fast Pass and Unlimited), guiding customers to best solutions, handling payments at the kiosk, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and collaborating with the site team to support daily operations. Key duties include greeting customers, identifying needs through questions and active listening, presenting promotions and incentives, processing payments, overcoming objections, and performing routine site tasks and upkeep. Requires strong communication and sales-oriented skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work non-traditional hours; education is preferred at high school level with a background check and minimum age of 16. The role may involve standing for long periods and outdoor work as part of a busy customer-facing site.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location)
