Job Summary
Greet customers promptly, recommend maintenance services based on vehicle inspections, and accurately process transactions using the POS system. Perform courtesy vehicle inspections including fluids, filters, tires, and belts; assist technicians with preventive maintenance; and guide vehicles safely into service bays. Maintain a clean, organized work environment and support opening and closing procedures while following safety standards. Weekend availability is required. Piedmont Lube Centers LLC operates 27 Jiffy Lube locations in Metro Atlanta, serving as a trusted oil change and vehicle service provider in Georgia since 2004.
Required Qualifications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in shop environments and outdoor conditions
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Weekend availability required
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation
