Job Summary
Customer Service Advisor will work with a team to deliver exceptional customer service in a high-energy environment. Responsibilities include building trusting relationships with customers, recommending products and services that meet their needs, creating “Wow” moments through outstanding service and hospitality, maintaining the location’s appearance and cleanliness, and following safety procedures. The role requires an outgoing personality, strong communication and listening skills, the ability to connect with customers, attention to detail, and the physical ability to stand and perform activities for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects. The position is hourly, in-person, with benefits and opportunities for growth within a nationally expanding brand.
