Job Summary
Customer Service Advisor for heavy equipment parts and service sales focused on relationship-based selling between Pape’s Parts and Service Departments and customers. Responsibilities include determining customer needs, recommending solutions, and providing ongoing support to ensure machinery runs in peak form. Requires self-motivation, excellent communication skills, experience developing sales action plans, knowledge in heavy equipment parts and service, and a valid driver’s license. Compensation includes salary plus commission with full benefits and training opportunities. Pre-employment drug test required.
