Job Summary
Sell heavy equipment parts and service to customers, acting as the liaison between Pape's Parts and Service Departments and clients to ensure their equipment runs in peak form. Determine customer needs, recommend solutions, and provide these services through relationship-based selling. Maintain strong communication skills while planning and executing sales action plans. Requires a driver's license with a good driving record and knowledge of heavy equipment parts and service. Compensation includes salary plus commission.
Required Qualifications

- Experience planning, developing, and executing sales action plans
- Knowledge and experience in heavy equipment parts and service
- Driver's license with a good driving record
