Job Summary
The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) engages directly with customers at car wash and/or lube center entry points, providing best-in-class customer service. Responsibilities include greeting customers, identifying their needs, educating them on services, promoting memberships, assisting with transactions, and maintaining a clean work area. Candidates should have basic customer service knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work dynamically in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law or safety regulations)
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
Desired Qualifications
- Prior customer service or sales experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
