Job Summary
The Customer Service Advisor at Spotless Brands serves as the first point of contact for guests at car wash and/or lube center entry points, educating customers on available services and packages, promoting memberships (Fast Pass and Unlimited), and driving sales. Responsibilities include greeting customers at kiosks or entry points, identifying needs through questions and active listening, explaining wash/detail and lube maintenance offerings, handling payments at the kiosk, overcoming objections, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and collaborating with the site team to support daily operations. The role requires strong communication, a sales-minded approach, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work non-traditional hours (evenings/weekends/holidays).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required
- Prior customer service or sale experience preferred, not required
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law or safety regulations)
- Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities)
