Job Summary
The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the first point of contact for guests. This role involves greeting customers with enthusiasm, identifying their needs, and educating them on available wash and detail packages, memberships, and current promotions. The CSA is expected to assist customers with payment transactions, maintain a clean and organized work area, and collaborate with site team members to ensure efficient operations. A background in customer service or sales is preferred, along with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and able to pass a background check.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service or sales experience preferred
- Must pass a background check
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Valid driver's license preferred
