Job Summary
The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) at Spotless Brands serves as the first point of contact for guests, providing an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, identifying their needs, educating them on services, and promoting memberships and packages. The position requires excellent communication and customer service skills while handling payment transactions and assisting with general inquiries. Additionally, the CSA is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, performing routine maintenance tasks, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required
- Prior customer service or sale experience preferred, not required
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
- Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law or safety regulations)
- Valid driver's license preferred
