Job Summary
The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) at Spotless Brands engages directly with customers, providing excellent customer service at car wash and lube center entry points. Responsibilities include greeting customers, identifying their needs through effective communication, educating them on service packages, promoting memberships, handling payment transactions, and maintaining a clean work environment. Ideal candidates possess strong people skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law or safety regulations)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior customer service or sale experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license preferred
