Job Summary
The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) at Spotless Brands is responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer experience as the first point of contact for guests. Responsibilities include greeting customers, identifying their needs, educating them on available services, and promoting membership and package sales. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, strong customer service and sales abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, and prior customer service experience is beneficial. Flexibility in working hours is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law or safety regulations)
- Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Prior customer service or sale experience preferred
