Job Summary
The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) at Spotless Brands is the first point of contact for guests, engaging directly with customers at car wash and/or lube center entry points. The role involves greeting customers, identifying their needs through open-ended questions, educating them on wash and detail packages, promoting memberships, handling payment transactions, and maintaining a clean work environment. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
Desired Qualifications
- Prior customer service or sales experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license preferred
