Job Summary
The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) at Spotless Brands acts as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers enthusiastically, identifying customer needs through effective communication, educating them on wash and detail packages as well as lube services, promoting memberships, and assisting with payment transactions. Required skills include excellent communication and customer service abilities, a sales-minded approach, and the capacity to multitask. This role also requires maintaining a safe and organized work area and performing additional operational duties as needed.
Required Qualifications

- Must be at least 16 years of age
