Job Summary
Provide friendly assistance to customers, complete wash-dry-fold orders using tablets and apps, and process payments via the POS system. Monitor laundry machines, maintain a clean and safe store environment, and communicate with management to report issues or incidents. Work independently while supporting store operations with additional tasks as needed. This part-time role requires weekend availability, bilingual skills, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Located at 11841 Bissonnet St in Houston, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 months of customer service or retail experience
- Basic technology skills (tablets, apps, simple troubleshooting)
- Ability to use Telegram for communication during shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday)
- Must be 18 or older
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks during the shift
- Able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
