Job Summary
Provide timely customer service assistance to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries about airport facilities and services while tracking actions required by other departments. Administer the Customer Comment Management System and Lost and Found program, including cataloging items, contacting owners, and coordinating item returns or disposition. Serve as the central point of contact for ADA complaints, conduct facility compliance reviews, and act as the liaison with the FAA Office of Civil Rights. Oversee the Executive Conference Room, manage reservations, coordinate payments, and ensure system functionality for internal and external users. Represent the Terminal Operations Manager at meetings as needed and train stakeholders on service delivery standards. This role supports the Jacksonville Aviation Authority's customer service programs and requires a Bachelor's degree with three years of experience in customer service or administrative support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Public Administration Aviation Management Hospitality Management Communications or a closely related field
- Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in customer service airport operations administrative support or a related field
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge
- Valid Florida Class E driver's license
- Successful completion of a Florida Department of Law Enforcement security background check
