Job Summary
Customer Service Administrator supports the Service Department by creating, updating, and maintaining service work orders, ensuring data integrity across databases, processing warranty requests and contracts, and generating reports. Responsibilities include high-volume data entry, auditing customer data, assisting with ERP/CRM/software platform administration, and providing administrative support for contract administration, renewals, and operational reporting. The role emphasizes accuracy, organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Construction, roofing, facilities maintenance, or service-industry experience is preferred, with full-time availability and overtime during peak periods.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of administrative, operations, or data entry experience
- Advanced computer skills with proficiency in cloud-based business software
- Strong typing and data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, service management, or scheduling software preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Construction, roofing, facilities maintenance, or service industry experience preferred
- Ability to work full-time at 40 hours per week
- Availability for overtime hours during the rainy season & business spikes
- Must be a team player and perform well under pressure
