Job Summary

Coordinate front line responses and handle customer requests, liaise with operations to fulfil office functions, and support the Customer Service Manager. Responsibilities include answering calls, solving problems for clients and internal departments, meeting customer expectations, resolving queries, compiling client KPI packs and internal business reports, maintaining a high level of customer focus, providing timely reports for clients, checking PODs and clearing unallocated PODs, chasing outstanding PODs from hauliers/depots, and performing other administration tasks. Requires strong communication, MS Office proficiency, excellent organisation, and the ability to work under pressure, including during peak periods, in a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
