Customer Service Administrator - Calibration (57234)

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional communication. Create, update, and maintain customer accounts, job records, and data within CRM, IndySoft, and related systems. Generate and manage quotes, work orders, and job records while coordinating new customer setup and partnering with Finance to establish accounts. Prepare and provide customer-required documentation, including supplier forms, certificates of insurance, W-9s, and safety documents. Review purchase orders for accuracy and scan, upload, and maintain all supporting documentation within system records. Collaborate with calibration technicians, quality, finance, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and communicate service delays or scope changes as needed. Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps. This full-time role requires onsite presence in Marietta, GA five days per week and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
