Customer Service Administrator (8-month FTC)

Job Summary
Process customer sales orders and coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure timely stock delivery. Manage proactive customer communication by providing updates and resolving queries promptly. Liaise with distribution partners on delivery issues, investigate returns and pickups, and collaborate on inventory movements across interstate warehouses. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders while supporting broader supply chain initiatives. This eight-month fixed-term role reports to the Supply Chain Operations Manager within Sazerac AUNZ's Supply Chain team, located in North Sydney, NSW.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience, at least 2 years, working in a fast paced customer service environment
- Customer focused, customer obsessed mindset
- Problem solver
- Excellent organisation, time management & attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills with intermediate level Excel & Word
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with MS Dynamics GP or similar systems
