Job Summary

Hybrid Customer Service and Admin Officer role supporting a property-inspection client. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls and client inquiries via email/SMS/online bookings, providing quotes for inspection services to individual and commercial clients, following up inquiries to convert to bookings, scheduling property inspections and entering details into the Booking System, coordinating with inspectors and real estate agents, processing payments for inspections, updating clients on social media platforms, inviting clients to leave reviews, and performing other administrative duties. Requires strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking in a structured environment, and the ability to work both backend admin tasks during the day and customer service phone support in the evening. Experience in building services or property inspection industries is highly regarded. Ability to work on-site during onboarding with potential transition to hybrid or remote work; onboarding in Quezon City with collaboration with Australian team; proficiency in Google Sheets/Calendar, MS Word/Outlook/Excel, data coordination, scheduling, bookings, and social media tasks.
